Dual Pallet Front Load Configuration
High Productivity and Throughput
This material handling configuration allows for unloading and loading the machine, at the same time parts are being cut or engraved. This greatly increases throughput and therefore productivity. If, for example, the load/unload time are same as the cut time, the throughput is doubled. This gives the user the potential to obtain twice the parts per shift, from a single machine. Further, if multiple machines are used, a single operator can often service multiple machines, thereby reducing the labor cost per part. This configuration provides full walk up access on three sides of each pallet for convenient loading and unloading.
